This lovely gentleman
allows me to call him Jean being graced
with for years. Jean traveled as my companion Baltimore, Maryland and had to
relinquish his sword to the guards. He was quite distraught to escort a lady on
his arm without full protection, particularly while random shootings were
occurring in the area, but I convinced him we would stay indoors and that I
wanted his company more than protection. He shipped his sword home from the
airport and was quite relieved when it was returned to him as if he were
incomplete without it. Meanwhile, we had a marvelous trip and expect to travel
together again soon--- checking his weapon in advance, as required, of course.
